Asia has many countries that are or have been quite high in my bucket list of dream destinations. And as much as I wish it was different, I haven’t been able to visit as many as I would have wanted. However, the few I have visited, I have just loved them. The culture and traditions are so different from European ones that I just feel fascinated by it.

Thailand was the very first country I visited in Asia and I fell in love with the diversity of the country, its cuisine and its people. It offers a perfect mix of modern cities, nature and beautiful paradisiac beaches.

Next, I visited India and it was a shock in all kinds of ways. It was so busy, noisy and colourful but at the same time, so beautiful. People were very friendly and curious about us and wanted to help us and take plenty of photos with us. We felt as if we were famous people.

Finally, I visited Japan and was impressed by how modern and advanced the country is. Such a big difference compared to Belgium or Spain.
