welcome to the land of Ice and fire

Iceland

Iceland (the land of ice and fire) is one of those countries that will surprise you no matter what you are expecting before your visit. The beauty of this country will exceed your expectations and will leave you longing for more time here.

It is the perfect destination if you are looking for a trip full of nature and outdoor activities. You will be able to enjoy many awesome activities like endless hikes, walking on glaciers, admiring pretty waterfalls, kayaking next to icebergs, going whale watching, etc.

The best way to visit the country is to rent a car and drive around the famous ring road. You will find uncountable waterfalls, cute little sheep peacefully eating grass, and endless green moss everywhere you look.

And if the possibility of bad weather is putting you off, don’t let it! For a long time, it was on my bucket list of countries to visit but I kept postponing it in favor of warmer destinations. However, after my two weeks there, I can in all honesty say that once you are there, the beautiful scenery will make you care nothing at all about the weather.
